Contingency Fee

Whelchel, May & Associates handles all nursing home, medical negligence and injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that our clients are not required to pay any attorney's fees until such time as their case is settled or damages are collected as the result of a trial. Attorney's fees are then paid out of any recovery against the nursing home/medical facility or other parties at fault. Under this arrangement, our clients are not required to pay any money up front, nor are they required to pay any fees in the event there is no recovery in the case.
